Our team has an in-depth knowledge of the venues, especially where technical expertise is required to make a discernible difference in the result.

When a client elects to work with us, a designated team member is appointed to look after their event. All our personnel have years of experience in co-ordinated and staging events, and have a wide knowledge of how to make an event effective.

Our team member takes a brief on an event and will suggest the best means of achieving the desire effect. They will provide a fully itemised cost estimate if needed so and once the event is confirmed, will organise site inspections if required, develop technical plans and liaise with venues. They will brief the technicians and carpenters who will be setting up the event, ensuring accurate information gets through and that everyone are on the same wavelength.

Event Theming is one of our expertises whereby we will culminate creative usage of props, sets, lighting, games and designs to create fantasy environment for corporate events. Besides providing custom set design for our clients, our personnel also plan events using computer system. This provides accurate layouts of projection distances, stage layouts and table/chair placement. This assists with estimating the potential seating capacity, It also allow venue staff to work in a co-ordinated fashion with The Xperts, so that dance floor, tables and other items can be put in the right place the first time.

In addition to our Hong Kong operations, our team has staged events and has Affiliates Company in China , Macau , Malaysia , Philippines , Thailand , Singapore , Australia , Europe and USA .
